Terms of Service

The deal

DOORS (doors.im) is run by Avatud OÜ, Estonia (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use DOORS.

Your account

You must be 16 or older. Sign in with your own email or Google account and keep it secure — what happens in your account is on you. One account per person.

Plans and payment

New accounts get 3 days free with every door open. After that, pick a plan: CV, Jobs + CV, or Jobs + CV + Interview, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the Plans page before you pay.

Plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Profile → Account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable except where the law says otherwise.

We may change prices; we will tell you at least 14 days before a new price applies to you.

AI output

DOORS uses AI to find jobs, score fit, write resumes and run practice interviews. AI can be wrong. Read every resume before you send it — you are responsible for what you submit to employers. DOORS writes only from facts you gave it and asks you for numbers instead of inventing them, but the final check is yours.

Fit scores, matches and interview feedback are guidance, not promises. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any hiring outcome.

Jobs from other sites

Job listings come from third-party sources. We don’t employ, vet or represent the employers, and we are not responsible for their listings, pay or conduct. Applying happens on their sites, under their terms.

Your content

Your profile, resumes and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run DOORS for you. Don’t upload anything you have no right to share, or anything false about other people.

Fair use

Don’t misuse DOORS: no scraping, reverse engineering, automated mass use, attempts to break security, or using it to harass or deceive anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending

You can stop using DOORS and ask us to delete your account any time at hello@doors.im. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms; if we end a paid account without cause, we refund the unused part.

Liability

DOORS is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-opportunity damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia; consumers keep the protection of the law where they live. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
