Guarantees
We guarantee your door against any defects for 5 years and the manufacturer provides a 10 year guarantee against colour fading, cracking, blistering, flaking or peeling.
Whilst overkill for the Isle of Man, for peace of mind each of these doors come with the Ultion 11 pin cylinder lock.
This means that should someone manage to break into your property by snapping the lock (it's never happened), Ultion pay you £5000 compensation.
Simply register your lock once we've installed the door to get the Ultion guarantee.

When will my first payment go out?
We'll send you a link to a GoCardless direct debit form for you to fill out. The mandate takes 5 working days to setup and your first Direct Debit payment is usually 3 days after that with the other 3 following at monthly intervals.
GoCardless always send reminders by email a few days before a payment is due.
Why are you taking payment by Direct Debit?
The Direct Debit Guarantee protects customers from payments taken in error. In the case of any incorrect or fraudulent payments, the payer is entitled to a full and immediate refund from their bank. The protection granted by the guarantee makes Direct Debit a particularly safe and appealing payment method for users.
How safe is a Direct Debit?
Bacs is an incredibly safe way to collect and make payments and is renowned worldwide for the secure delivery of electronic payments: Bacs has been responsible for the clearing and settlement of automated payments in the UK since 1968.
It has been used to make more than 130 billion transactions and, according to recent research, not a single payment has ever between misplaced.
Bacs uses Bacstel-IP, a system protected by SSL encryption.
It also requires a secure, encrypted password, and the system is constantly monitored to validate data and user authorisation.
With Direct Debit, only approved organisations such as GoCardless are allowed to collect Direct Debit payments, and the Direct Debit Guarantee protects customers against fraudulent or unauthorised payments.
How long does a Direct Debit take?
The DD mandate takes 5 working days to setup. After that, payments work on a three-day cycle. Payment requests are submitted to Bacs on the first day, processed by the banks on the second day, and simultaneously taken from the sender account and credited to the recipient account on the third day.

What colour is the door internally?
Each of these doors are white with a woodgrain finish internally. The frames are all smooth white both sides.
Are these doors energy rated?
These doors have an energy rating of either A, B or C and are supplied with a rating certificate. With all composite doors, as a rule of thumb the less glass in the door, the better the rating.
